Searches for LF/LN violation and hidden sectors in kaon decays at the NA62 experiment / Panichi, Ilaria (INFN, Florence ; Florence U.) /NA62 Collaboration
Rare kaon decays are among the most sensitive probes of both heavy and light physics beyond the Standard Model (SM) thanks to the high precision of the SM predictions, the availability of very large datasets and the relatively simple decay topologies. NA62 is the CERN multi-purpose fixed-target kaon decay experiment, carring out a broad rare decay and hidden sector physics program. [...]

Simulation of Plasmonic Effects in Nanostructured Copper Surfaces for Field-assisted Photoemission / Groussin, B (CERN) ; Martinez Calderon, M (CERN) ; Marsh, B (CERN) ; Granados, E (CERN)
We propose a simulation model of the field enhancement and quantum efficiency (QE) increase of metallic surfaces as a result of a surface nanostructuring. In the framework of photoinjector facilities for electron accelerators at CERN, achieving optimal nanostructuring parameters may become a significant asset. [...]

Recent results from precision measurements at the NA62 experiment / Bizzeti, Andrea (Modena U. ; INFN, Florence) /NA62 Collaboration
Recent results on precision mesaurements from the NA62 experiment at CERN are presented.Precision measurements are performed on data collected in 2017--2018 for the decays $K^+ \to \pi^0 e^+ \nu \gamma , \ K^+ \to \pi^+ \mu^+ \mu^-$ and $K^+ \to \pi^+ \gamma \gamma$ with significant improvements compared to previous experiments..

$CP$ violation and branching fraction measurements in $B$ decays to open charm final states / Bishop, Fionn (Annecy, LAPP) /LHCb Collaboration
The latest measurements of charge-parity violation and branching fractions in beauty hadron decays to open charm final states using data collected by the LHCb detector in 2011-18 are reviewed. These results help to constrain theories beyond the Standard Model of particle physics, and improve our understanding of QCD dynamics in beauty hadron decays including rescattering effects and factorisation..

New results for searches of exotic decays with NA62 in beam dump mode / Schubert, Jonathan Leon (Munich, Max Planck Inst.) /NA62 Collaboration
The NA62 experiment at CERN has been taking data since 2016 with the main goal of measuring the decay $K^+\to\pi^+\nu\bar\nu$.The NA62 experiment can be run as a beam dump experiment by removing the kaon production target and moving the upstream collimators into a closed position. We report on the search for visible decays of exotic mediators from data taken in beam dump mode with the NA62 experiment.More than $10^{17}$ protons on target have been collected in this way during a week long data taking campaign by the NA62 experiment. We report on new results from analysis of this data, with a particular emphasis on the dark photon model..

Quark & Lepton flavour physics opportunities at FCC-ee / Zuo, Xunwu (KIT, Karlsruhe) /FCC-ee flavor group Collaboration
The Future Circular Collider (FCC) is a post-LHC project aiming at direct and indirect searches for physics beyond the SM in a new 91 km tunnel at CERN. The abundant production of beauty and charm hadrons in the $6\times 10^{12}$ Z boson decays expected in e+e- collisions at FCC-ee offers outstanding opportunities in flavour physics with b and c hadron samples that exceed those available at Belle II by a factor of 20, and are complementary to the LHC heavy-flavour programme.
