The pure spinor formulation of superstring theory includes an interacting sector of central charge $c_{\lambda}=22$, which can be realized as a curved $\beta\gamma$ system on the cone over the orthogonal Grassmannian $\text{OG}^{+}(5,10)$. We find that the spectrum of the $\beta\gamma$ system organizes into representations of the $\mathfrak{g}=\mathfrak{e}_6$ affine algebra at level $-3$, whose $\mathfrak{so}(10)_{-3}\oplus {\mathfrak u}(1)_{-4}$ subalgebra encodes the rotational and ghost symmetries of the system. Global fluid fits to identified particle transverse momentum spectra from heavy-ion collisions at the Large Hadron Collider / Devetak, D. (Heidelberg U.) ; Dubla, A. Transverse momentum spectra of identified particles produced in heavy-ion collisions at the Large Hadron Collider are described with relativistic fluid dynamics. We perform a systematic comparison of experimental data for pions, kaons and protons up to a transverse momentum of 3 GeV$/c$ with calculations using the FluiduM code package to solve the evolution equations of fluid dynamics, the TrENTo model to describe the initial state and the FastReso code to take resonance decays into account. Overview of jet physics results from ALICE / Krizek, Filip (Rez, Nucl. Phys. Inst.) /ALICE Collaboration
Recent results from jet shower-shape and substructure analyses done by the ALICE collaboration in central Pb–Pb collisions at √sNN = 2.76 TeV and in pp collisions at √s = 7 TeV are reviewed. The presented jet shower- shape observables are angularity g and transverse momentum dispersion pTD, which were studied for a small resolution parameter R = 0.2, track-based jets with a minimum constituent transverse momentum (pT) cut-off of 0.15 GeV/c. The CERN Tape Archive (CTA) provides a tape backend to disk systems and, in conjunction with EOS, is managing the data of the LHC experiments at CERN.Magnetic tape storage offers the lowest cost per unit volume today, followed by hard disks and flash.
