Obligation to furnish information

Members of the personnel are reminded that they must declare spontaneously:

  1. The amount of any social or family benefits paid by a source outside the Organization (paragraph 2, Article R IV 1.13 of the Staff Regulations).

    Any periodic adjustment in the amount of these benefits must also be declared.

    If you have not yet notified us of variations in family benefits which have occurred since your last declaration, you should do so without delay by filling in a Questionnaire on Allowances and Grants:

  2. Any change in their family status (paragraphs 1 & 3, Article R IV 1.17 of the Staff Regulations), including those arising from divorce or from the marriage or the taking up of employment of a dependent child.

  3. Any change in the income or health insurance cover of their spouse (paragraph 2, Article R IV 1.17 of the Staff Regulations) by filling in a Confidential Declaration of Family Situation:

  4. Any change of usual address (paragraph 4, Article R IV 1.17 of the Staff Regulations).
    These benefits and changes, except for No.3 (declaration to be made via EDH: https://edh.cern.ch/Document/CDFS/), must be notified in writing and accompanied by supporting documents to your Departmental Secretary within 30 calendar days.
