The FM Helpdesk is open between 7.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. and can be contacted on Tel. 77777 or by e-mail (Fm.Support@cern.ch). Troubleshooting requests, complaints and work requests will only be accepted during these hours.

Outside these hours and for any problems relating to non-tertiary buildings or to equipment not included in the above list, please contact the TI Control Room on Tel. 72201, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
