Administrative Circulars Nos. 12 A and B (Rev. 1) – Education Fees

Administrative Circulars Nos. 12 A and B (Rev. 1) – "Education Fees" are now available on the intranet site of the Human Resources Department:

These circulars cancel and replace Administrative Circular No.12 – "Education Grant" of April 1981.

Copies will shortly be available in Departmental secretariats.

Administrative Circular No. 12 A is applicable to staff members (except former "local staff"), fellows and paid associates, recruited before 1st January 2007. It may be noted that, at the initiative of the Human Resources Department, a number of important simplifications have been introduced. These cover, in particular, lump sum payments to compensate for accommodation, meals and journey expenses.

Administrative Circular No. 12 B is applicable to staff members, fellows, scientific associates recruited as of 1st January 2007, as well as to former "local staff" recruited prior to this date.

Administrative Circular No. 31 (Rev. 1) – International Indemnity and Non-resident Allowance

Administrative Circular No. 31 (Rev. 1) – "International Indemnity and Non-resident Allowance" is now available on the intranet site of the Human Resources Department.

This Circular cancels and replaces Administrative Circular No. 31 – "Non-resident Allowance" of December 1997.

The International Indemnity applies to eligible staff members recruited as of 1st January 2007, while the Non-resident Allowance applies to eligible staff members recruited before 1st January 2007 and to eligible fellows and paid associates recruited before 1st July 2006.
