UNIQA EXTRANET available again
UNIQA wishes to inform members of CHIS that the problem of access to its EXTRANET site (see Bulletin 45/46 of 3 November 2008) has now been solved. All current users (about 650) can now connect with the new user name and password which they have received by mail. Note that it is possible to modify the password once connected to the Extranet site (under "Configuration" in the vertical menu).
Should you still experience connection difficulties, please contact UNIQA, tel 72730 or uniqa.assurances@cern.ch.
People who do not have access to UNIQA’s EXTRANET and who wish to obtain a confidential user name and password can make their request on line from
UNIQA apologises for the inconvenience caused by this technical incident and thanks you for your understanding.
