Training in the e-groups application for ex-Simba and current e-groups users
The introduction of e-groups to replace and extend the functionality of the Simba application and the migration of Simba lists to e-groups have now been completed.
As is often the case with changes like these, the way of working with the new system is not exactly the same: new features and functions are available that improve efficiency and also extend the capacity and use of the system.
To help you and your colleagues to become familiar with the new system, we have organised a hands-on course in conjunction with the application developers (IT/IS and GS/AIS), which will present e-groups in detail and explain its features and how to get the most out of it.
This is a first-level course.
It will take place in the technical training rooms and will run from 09.00 till 12.30.
For the time being the following sessions of the course have been organised:
· 26 May (in English),
· 27 May (in French).
