Golf Club

The CERN Golf Club Members are herewith invited to the Annual General Meeting which takes place Wednesday evening the 8^th February at 18 h 00 in the Conference room in bldg 13-2-005.

A committee member will be at CERN gate B, 17h50 and accompany “external” CGC members to the conference room.

3. Election of the Committee for 2012
4. Election of  Auditors
5. Draft schedule for 2012 CGC  competitions and other events
6. “Corpo” report    
7. Proposals and any other business

Please forward any proposals (to any of the committee members) you have, including candidature for the 2012 committee minimum three days in advance before the meeting.

After the meeting we will book a table at the restaurant "Red Café", St-Genis. Please confirm to Alasdair Ross (Alasdair.Ross@cern.ch) if you would like to eat so that he can make the reservation.
