Uni Dufour | Ig Nobel Show with Marc Abrahams | 7 May

On 7 May, Marc Abrahams, founder of the Ig Nobel Prize, will give an "Ig Nobel show", in English at Uni Dufour.

The Ig Nobel Prizes are an American parody of the Nobel Prizes. In early October of each year, they are awarded to ten unusual or trivial achievements in scientific research. The stated aim of the prizes is to "first make people laugh, and then make them think".

Marc Abrahams will introduce this funny and dynamic evening with a short presentation before handing over to a selection of recipients.

The show is free and open to all.
