Abstract	We report plots on heavy flavor from the early data collected in 2016 by CMS at LHC at 13 TeV. Dimuon invariant mass spectra obtained with triggers deployed for heavy flavor analyses, performance plots on quarkonia and b hadrons, and event displays are included.
