Search for a correlation between sequential decay times of B and D mesons in the decay chain B -> D -> X with the DELPHI detector (This work makes use of DELPHI data but is not a Collaboration paper)
In this note we present a search for a correlation between B and D mesons sequential decay times in the decay chain B → D → X. A deviation from the small correlation expected due to the mixed B and D composition and reconstruction uncertainties would be of importance as it might indicate that internal information governs these particles’ decay time.
