Multimedia content on the CERN Document Server

Images

The CERN Document Server contains photo material produced by CERN and the Experiments.

How to submit images

Images can be submitted via the image submission interface. The CERN Photolab, the Experiments, and some of the Departments, Groups and Projects have their dedicated submission category, which feeds a specific collection. If you require a specific category, please contact us. Otherwise, any CERN user can submit their CERN photos via the OPEN Photo category.
When submitting or modifying images, you have the possibility of creating cropped versions of the images, and embed them directly from CDS.

How to edit images

The submitter of the images and the curators can edit the metadata by following the [Modify this record (restricted)] link (bottom left, in red, visible when logged in). If you don't see the modification link, and you think you should have the right to modify the record, please make sure you are logged in.
