Careers : Concertation or confrontation ?

The new career structure will come into effect on 1st September. Therefore, we have little time to develop the innumerable mechanisms, guidelines and procedures which are necessary. This is true as well for the transitory measures, a crucial element. However, the discussions with the top management progress only very, very slowly. Let's examine the situation of the various subjects at the time when these lines are written, that is to say on April 23, 2001.
