Abstract	Recent results from the ATLAS experiment on production, decays and spectroscopy of heavy flavour hadrons will be presented. The latest results on the CP violation in B_s to J/psi phi decays will be discussed. Measurements of the inclusive and associated charmonium production will be also reported. In addition, searches for pentaquarks with hidden charm and recent results on B_c meson production and decays will be highlighted.
