Abstract The presentation highlights the latest soft and hard QCD results from the ATLAS and CMS collaborations. It provides an overview of jet measurements and compares them with NNLO calculations from various state-of-the-art Monte Carlo generators. These measurements include the extraction of the strong coupling constant. Additionally, several jet substructure analyses are discussed, such as track function measurements, energy correlators, and the Lund Jet Plane analysis in ttˉttˉ events. Finally, the talk addresses measurements sensitive to strangeness modeling in the underlying event and global event shape variables in minimum-bias events.
