| Abstract | As of 2019, “Success Stories” sessions were added to IPPOG meetings while - in parallel - conference outreach sessions were growing, leading to the accumulation of fresh and significant material. In 2025, following a request from the HEP community, a new web portal was developped to ease their dissemination and the visibility of specific and innovative projects: https://ippog-resources-portal.web.cern.ch/ This note, written by Hector Pillot (Master student) summarises the project development during his IPPOG internship, under the supervision of Claire Adam (who will follow up). |
