Abstract A combination of measurements sensitive to the $C\!P$-violation angle $\gamma$ of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa unitarity triangle, to the charm mixing parameters that describe oscillations between $D^0$ and $\overline{D^0}$ mesons, and to the $C\!P$ asymmetries in the $D^0\to K^+ K^-$ and $D^0 \to \pi^+\pi^-$ decays is performed. All relevant beauty and charm results obtained with the data collected during the first two runs of the LHCb experiment at CERN's Large Hadron Collider are included, with three new inputs compared to the combination presented in 2024. The CKM angle $\gamma$ is found to be $(62.8 \pm 2.6)^\circ$. External measurements from charm factories are incorporated to constrain $C\!P$-conserving phases in $D$-meson decays. The neutral charm-meson mixing parameters are determined to be $x = (0.391 \pm 0.042)\%$ and $y = (0.625 \pm 0.020)\%$, and the parameters quantifying time-dependent $C\!P$ violation in $D^0$ decays to be $|q/p| = 0.990^{+0.011}_{-0.012}$ and $\phi = (-1.2 \pm 0.9)^\circ$.
