Rapidity and multiplicity dependence of charged-particle flow in $p$Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}=8.16$ Tev / LHCb Collaboration
The elliptic and triangular flow of charged particles are measured using two-particle angular correlations in $p$Pb collisions in the pseudorapidity range 2.0 $< |\eta| <$ 4.8. The data sample was collected by the LHCb experiment in 2016 at a centre-of-mass energy per nucleon pair of $\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 8.16$ TeV, containing in total approximately 1.5 billion collision events. Charged-particle multiplicity distributions over a wide pseudorapidity range in p-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{\textit{s}_{\rm NN}} = 5.02$ TeV / ALICE Collaboration
This paper presents the primary charged-particle multiplicity distributions in proton-lead collisions at a centre-of-mass energy per nucleon-nucleon collision of $\sqrt{\textit{s}}_{\rm NN} = 5.02$ TeV. The distributions are reported for non-single diffractive collisions in different pseudorapidity ranges. [...]

Charged particle and underlying event measurements with the ATLAS detector / Schmidt, Mustafa Andre (Bergische Universitaet Wuppertal (DE)) /ATLAS Collaboration
In this talk, recent measurements of distributions sensitive to the underlying event, the hadronic activity observed in relationship with the hard scattering in the event, by the ATLAS experiment are presented. Underlying event observables like the average particle multiplicity and the transverse momentum sum are measured for Kaons as Lambda baryons as a function of the leading track-jet and are compared to MC predictions which in general fail to describe the data. [...]

The production of $\eta$ and $\eta'$ mesons is studied in proton-proton and proton-lead collisions collected with the LHCb detector. Proton-proton collisions are studied at center-of-mass energies of $5.02$ and $13~{\rm TeV}$, and proton-lead collisions are studied at a center-of-mass energy per nucleon of $8.16~{\rm TeV}$. [...]

Charged-particle production as a function of the relative transverse activity classifier in pp, p–Pb, and Pb–Pb collisions at the LHC / ALICE Collaboration
Measurements of charged-particle production in pp, p$-$Pb, and Pb$-$Pb collisions in the toward, away, and transverse regions with the ALICE detector are discussed. These regions are defined event-by-event relative to the azimuthal direction of the charged trigger particle, which is the reconstructed particle with the largest transverse momentum ($p_{\mathrm{T}}^{\rm trig}$) in the range $8<p_{\mathrm{T}}^{\rm trig}<15$ GeV$/c$. The ALICE experiment: a journey through QCD / ALICE Collaboration
The ALICE experiment was proposed in 1993, to study strongly interacting matter at extreme energy densities via a comprehensive investigation of nuclear collisions at the LHC. Its physics programme initially focused on the determination of the properties of the Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP), a deconfined state of quarks and gluons and was extended along the years, covering a diverse ensemble of observables related to Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD), the theory of strong interactions. Nuclear modification factor of neutral pions in the forward and backward regions in $p$Pb collisions / LHCb Collaboration
The nuclear modification factor of neutral pions is measured in proton-lead collisions collected at a center-of-mass energy per nucleon of $8.16$ TeV with the LHCb detector. The $\pi^0$ production cross section is measured differentially in transverse momentum ($p_{T}$) for $1.5< p_{T} <10.0$ GeV and in center-of-mass pseudorapidity ($\eta_{CM}$) regions $2.5<\eta_{CM}<3.5$ (forward) and $-4.0<\eta_{CM}<-3.0$ (backward) defined relative to the proton beam direction. Measurement of the Nuclear Modification Factor and Prompt Charged Particle Production in $p-Pb$ and $pp$ Collisions at $\sqrt {s_{NN}}$=5  TeV / LHCb Collaboration
The production of prompt charged particles in proton-lead collisions and in proton-proton collisions at the nucleon-nucleon centre-of-mass energy ${\sqrt{s_{\scriptscriptstyle\mathrm{NN}}}=5\,\mathrm{TeV}}$ is studied at LHCb as a function of pseudorapidity ($\eta$) and transverse momentum ($p_{\mathrm{T}}$) with respect to the proton beam direction. The nuclear modification factor for charged particles is determined as a function of $\eta$ between ${-4.8<\eta<-2.5}$ (backward region) and ${2.0<\eta<4.8}$ (forward region), and $p_{\mathrm{T}}$ between ${0.2< p_{\mathrm{T}}<8.0 \mathrm{GeV}/c}$.
