In this poster, we present a study of the rejection of jets containing more than one $b$-hadron in the ATLAS “online" $b$-taggers, aiming to significantly reduce the readout rates of the ATLAS $b$-jet trigger system. High trigger efficiency is important to collect enough statistics for rare events such as $HH→b\bar{b}b\bar{b}.$ However, limited CPU budget of the high-level trigger farm requires a trade-off between efficiency and CPU cost, and current algorithms only provide around 60% signal acceptance.
