ABOUT PREPRINTS
The Preprints collection aims to cover as far as possible all the grey literature in particle physics and its related technologies. The collection contains something like 400,000 documents, out of which about 50% can be accessed electronically. The documents originate from a variety of institutes all over the world. The collection, currently available, starts in 1979 and it has a full coverage of the arXiv.org e-Print archive since its beginning in 1991.

Inclusive semileptonic decays from lattice QCD: analysis of systematic effects / Kellermann, Ryan (KEK, Tsukuba) ; Barone, Alessandro (U. Mainz, PRISMA) ; Elgaziari, Ahmed (Southampton U. ; U. Southampton (main)) ; Hashimoto, Shoji (KEK, Tsukuba ; Sokendai, Tsukuba) ; Hu, Zhi (KEK, Tsukuba) ; Jüttner, Andreas (Southampton U. ; U. Southampton (main) ; CERN) ; Kaneko, Takashi (KEK, Tsukuba ; Sokendai, Tsukuba)
Lattice QCD calculations of inclusive semileptonic decay rates involve new types of systematic effects, such as truncation errors in the estimation of energy integrals, or finite-volume effects for multi-body final states. [...]

Upgrade of the CMS Electromagnetic Calorimeter for the High-Luminosity LHC / Lavizzari, Giulia (INFN, Milan Bicocca ; Milan Bicocca U.)
The High Luminosity upgrade of the LHC (HL-LHC) at CERN will provide unprecedented instantaneous and integrated luminosities of around 5 x 103434 cm22 s11 and 3000/fb, respectively. The expected average of 140 to 200 collisions per bunch-crossing represents a severe challenge for the detectors. [...]

The FCC integrated programme comprises an e+ee+e high-luminosity circular collider that will produce very large samples of data in an energy range 88s36588s365 GeV, followed by a high-energy pppp machine that, with the current baseline plan, will operate at a collision energy of around 85 TeV and deliver datasets an order of magnitude larger than those of the HL-LHC.
