In the official CERN Bulletin, for weeks beginning 2nd and 9th April 2007, it read that on 7 March the Governing Board of the Pension Fund noted with satisfaction that the appeal lodged by a beneficiary against the CERN Council decision to index his pension at 0% for the year 2005 had been rejected by the ILO Administrative Tribunal.
