Charge collection parameterization of MALTA2, a depleted monolithic active pixel sensor / Fasselt, L (DESY ; Humboldt U., Berlin (main)) ; Behera, P (Indian Inst. Tech., Madras) ; Berlea, D V (DESY ; Humboldt U., Berlin (main)) ; Bortoletto, D (U. Oxford (main)) ; Buttar, C (Glasgow U.) ; Chembakan, T (Indian Inst. Tech., Madras) ; Dao, V (Stony Brook U.) ; Dash, G (Indian Inst. Tech., Madras) ; Haberl, S (CERN) ; Inada, T (CERN) et al.
A fast simulation method is presented for a depleted monolithic active pixel sensor, which uses a data driven parameterization of the charge collection and propagation. This approach provides an efficient alternative to TCAD simulations, particularly for sensors whose proprietary process details - such as doping profiles or implant geometries - are unavailable. Bias Temperature Instability on SEE Susceptibility: Analysis on Combinational and Sequential Elements / Ferraz, B T (Leuven U.) ; Kessler, H (Pelotas U.) ; Aguiar, Y (CERN) ; Gorbunov, M (Unlisted, BE) ; Lange, T (Unlisted, FR) ; Camargo, V V A (Pelotas U.)
This paper explores how Bias Temperature Instability affects the vulnerability of digital circuits to single event effects. The study assesses through circuit simulations the impact of BTI on the response of CMOS logic gates to heavy ions and neutrons, as well as the propagation of single event transients across logic levels in combinational logic. HV Pulse Generator with Short Triggering Delay for Impact Ionization Triggering / Senaj, Viliam (CERN) ; Kaufman, Alan (CERN) ; Kramer, Thomas (CERN) ; Peftitsis, Dimosthenis (Norwegian U. Sci. Tech.)
We propose a fast pulse generator for Impact Ionization (II) triggering based on COTS components: ultra-boosted HV SiC MOS transistor stage as a driver of a fast Marx Generator with small thyristors triggered in II mode. Our gate boosting driver provides up to $>600 ~\mathrm{V}$ output voltage with $> 1 \text{kV} / \text{ns}$ slew rate and is capable to deliver up to $>60 ~\mathrm{A}$ peak current. [...]

Optimization of 3D diamond detectors with graphitized electrodes based on an innovative numerical simulation / Anderlini, Lucio (INFN, Florence) ; Bombini, Alessandro (INFN, Florence) ; Buti, Clarissa (INFN, Florence ; U. Florence (main)) ; Janssens, Djunes (CERN) ; Lagomarsino, Stefano (U. Florence (main)) ; Passaleva, Giovanni (INFN, Florence) ; Veltri, Michele (INFN, Florence ; Urbino U.)
Future experiments at hadron colliders require an evolution of the tracking sensors to ensure sufficient radiation hardness as well as space and time resolution to handle unprecedented particle fluxes. 3D diamond sensors with laser-graphitized electrodes are promising candidates due to their strong binding energy, small atomic number, and high carrier mobility. [...]

A New Solid-State Pulse Generator for the CERN PS Multi Turn Extraction Using an Inductive Adder Topology / Kramer, Thomas (CERN) ; Ruf, Johannes (CERN) ; Standen, Dylan (CERN) ; Peftitsis, Dimosthenis (Norwegian U. Sci. Tech.)
The Inductive Adder topology has been intensively studied at CERN and conceptual designs have been developed for the CLIC and FCC projects. The experience and confidence gained with these prototypes enabled the consolidation of the PS Multi-Turn Extraction (MTE) kicker pulse generator for the KFA4 system. [...]

Characterization of the RD50-MPW2 Monolithic CMOS Sensor With the TPA-TCT Technique / Pinto, Francisco Rogelio Palomo (Seville U.) ; Pape, Sebastian (CERN) ; Moll, Michael (CERN) ; Hinojo-Montero, José María (Huelva U.) ; Jiménez-Sánchez, Jorge (Seville U.) ; Powell, Sam (U. Liverpool (main)) ; Vilella, Eva (U. Liverpool (main))
We present the analysis of a monolithic pixel particle detector depleted monolithic active pixel sensor (DMAPS) by the two photon absorption transient current technique (TPA-TCT). The TPA-TCT gives 3-D sensitivity maps with micrometer resolution, enabling the direct measurement of the depletion depth, the 3-D charge collection efficiency (CCE), and the boundaries of the embedded electric field (E-field). Electro-optic frequency combs for high flux X-ray generation via high-intensity laser-particle interactions at CERN / Roiková, Eva (CERN ; Uppsala U. (main)) ; Latina, Andrea (CERN) ; Muşat, Vlad (CERN ; JAI, UK) ; Goryashko, Vitaliy (Uppsala U. (main) ; JAERI-RIKEN, Hyogo) ; Granados, Eduardo (CERN)
Electro-optic frequency comb (EOFC) technology has undergone a significant development in recent years, driven by the increasing demand for agile ultrafast optical systems in both scientific research and commercial applications. Advances in integrated and fiber-based GHz modulators operating in the near-infrared (NIR) region have enabled the use of modulation techniques to efficiently generate ultrafast laser pulses with arbitrary repetition rates of up to 10s of GHz and tunable pulse duration down to 100s of fs.
