The CERN Safety Rules listed below have been published on the HSE website (see here) and entered into force on the 9 June 2015:

• Safety Regulation SR-M “Mechanical equipment”: http://cern.ch/safety-rules/SR-M_ENv2.htm; this SR-M (version 2) cancels and replaces SR-M (version 1) and the corresponding provisions of General Safety Instruction GSI-M3 “Special Equipment” (version 1).

These CERN Safety Rules apply to all persons under the Director-General’s authority.
