 Preliminary Physics Summary: Inclusive $\Upsilon$ production in p-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}} = 8.16$ TeV /ALICE Collaboration The inclusive $\Upsilon$ production in p-Pb interactions at the centre-of-mass energy per nucleon-nucleon collision $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}} = 8.16$ TeV is studied with the ALICE detector at the CERN LHC. The measurement has been performed reconstructing $\Upsilon$(1S) and $\Upsilon$(2S) mesons via their dimuon decay channel, in the centre-of-mass rapidities $2.03 < y_{\rm cms} < 3.53$ and $-4.46 < y_{\rm cms} < -2.96$, down to zero transverse momentum.  Preliminary Physics Summary: Measurements of low-$p_{\rm T}$ electrons from semileptonic heavy-flavour hadron decays at mid-rapidity in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}= 7$ TeV /ALICE Collaboration The transverse-momentum ($p_{\rm T}$) differential production cross section of electrons from semileptonic heavy-flavour hadron decays has been measured in the interval $0.5 < p_{\rm T} < 4.0$ GeV/$c$ at mid-rapidity ($|y| < 0.8$) in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 7$ TeV with ALICE at the LHC.
