Completion of the work on the Route Gregory

It won't be long now before the work on the Route Gregory is completed ! The purpose of the work, which started at the end of last year, is to replace two sections of the drinking water supply and fire system pipework. Unfortunately, the work has been hampered by bad weather and complicated by the need to maintain the supply of water to the SPS and by a number of leaking valves. In collaboration with the Services Industriels de Genève, the Cooling and Ventilation (CV) Group of ST Division has succeeded in maintaining uninterrupted water supplies to the Meyrin Site. The hole has just been filled in and the small area of unmade road surface is due to be tarmacked in the coming weeks.
